The Present, the latest surf film from Thomas Campbell is out now on DVD. The soundtrack will be out on CD on July 7th, but you can buy it now at iTunes and other digital retailers.
The album features music from Bonnie Prince Billy, Vetiver, Tommy Guerrero, David Axelrod, Cass McCombs, japanese Motors, The Mattson 2, Gabor Szabo, Plants & Animals and more.
New Album from Mason Jennings!
While the final date has not been set yet, we thought you’d want to know that Mason Jennings 2nd album for Brushfire Records will be out this fall. It’s called Blood of Man and it’s great. More news coming soon, but we’re too excited not to mention it. You can buy one tune from the album now, with proceeds going to benefit Surfrider. Mason is doing a series of beach clean ups with Barefoot this summer, so catch him at one of these, and help clean up a beach while you are at it

ALO and Money Mark to play, for FREE, in Long Beach
Both Money Mark and ALO will be part of Long Beach, CA’s summer of free shows. This Sunday, June 28th, catch them at Pine Ave & Broadway, Downtown Long Beach Music runs from 5 pm, with Mark on at 7 pm. There will also be a vintage scooter rally with FREE scooter parking and bike valet - This is Long Beach in the Summer, as it was intended.
